But Please, Ma?

She thinks silently to herself, not daring to speak and alert the "mother" that she is in the car. Don't move, don't speak, be still and silent, and maybe the "mother" will not notice that it is me behind the wheel, and I will get to drive us home.

Aww, Ma. Please???

  1. At 16 my Darling (oldest of three) was LETTING HER TWO- and FOUR- YEAR OLD SISTERS STEER THE CAR in the church parking lot.
    Tongues probably wagged. Scandalous! =)

  5. My daughter got her license in February and as scary as that is, it is very freeing too. No more "Mom's Taxi". Just take a few deep breaths. I promise it will be OK.
